TruLife has worked closely with Covestro for over 10 years and we have designed and built a proprietary mass-replication facility to utilise photopolymer in a reel-to reel replication machine designed and built by our team.

TruLife make a holographic “gang master” in silver halide, which is aligned on the mass replication machine. Each holographic design encompasses a different wavefront. The Mass Replication machine will be modified with bespoke optics matched with the master specification to enable replication.

The TruLife Team has over 30 years of experience mass replicating holograms, since our history was one of mass replicating image holograms on silver halide and Dupont photopolymer. The Covestro photopolymer is now our mass production material of choice.

Our current facility has the capacity to copy up to 1 million HOEs a year and more capacity can be added either at our facility or at a customer facility.
