TERMS OF SALE

We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods before your order can be accepted.  You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order – this does not constitute acceptance of your order.  Once we have sent you an email confirmation that your goods have been despatched then we have accepted your order and a contract exists between us. 

DELIVERY

Despatch times may vary.  TruLife Optics cannot be responsible for any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure.  Please see our Delivery Policy for further details. 

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.  Whilst we try to ensure that all information displayed on our website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur.  If we discover an error in the price of goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it.  If we discover that there is no availability of the product that you have ordered then we will inform you of this and give you the option of cancelling the order. We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified purchases made through this website.

PAYMENT TERMS

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction.  Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed.  Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Risk in and ownership of the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability shall be limited to refunding, repairing or replacing any defective or missing products and in any event shall not exceed the price paid for the products. Colour Holographic shall not be liable for any delays or failure in performing any of its obligations in relation to its products if the delay or failure is beyond our reasonable control.

These exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
